How do I return an item?
Return Policy

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department or clicking the "My Account" button in the top-right hand corner of our web page.  

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to PCDictate.com. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for PCDictate.com to process your RMA.  An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at PCDictate.com's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item.  All items sold through PCDictate.com are subject to our Policy and Agreement.  Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

Standard Hardware Return Policy

Unless another return policy is indicated, hardware products sold by PCDictate.com are covered by this Standard Hardware Return Policy. Unused merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund less a restocking fee. Items returned must be unused, undamaged in the original packaging. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Unless otherwise stated, all unused and undamaged items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unused and undamaged foot pedals are subject to a 20% rectocking fee. Used and damaged items are refundable at the descretion of PCDictate.com. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Standard Software Return Policy

Unless another return policy is indicated, software products sold by PCDictate.com are covered by this Standard Software Return Policy. Software may be returned only if the package has never been opened. Once a software package is opened, it may not be returned. Returned unopened software is submect to a 20% restocking fee.

Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
