Spectra USB port headsets

I am always pleased with a fast and easy transaction. This encounter was everthing I could have hoped for, including receiving my products QUICKLY!! I had these within three days, which was a blessing, as my old headsets were in really bad shape.

I ordered one and it was shipped to my home. Too bad it was broken, but all I did was call the company and they had a new one in the mail the next day. I was very happy with their customer service and I was even happier to be able to return to my studies!

Excellent headset!

This headset has excellent sound, is comfortable for my sensitive ears, and has a very long cord. Included are an extra pair of foam pads for future use. The carry pouch I received was not velvet-like and was very cheap, but I did not buy this headset for the bag! Overall I would buy this model again and recommend.
